The RSF has welcomed the crucial arrival of humanitarian aid in conflict-hit Darfur and Kordofan.
Delivered via the Adre crossing, the aid comes as the region faces worsening famine risks and growing civilian suffering.
In a statement, the RSF endorsed the Adre crossing and airports in Nyala, El Geneina, and Zalingei as vital channels for aid delivery.
They called the recent relief truck arrivals in Darfur a “crucial development” in mitigating the crisis.
The RSF blamed “terrorist elements” within Burhan-controlled SAF and the Islamic Movement for the conflict’s escalation, urging immediate international intervention to curb the worsening humanitarian disaster.
Reaffirming cooperation with humanitarian groups, the RSF emphasized its commitment to Sudanese aspirations for freedom, justice, and equality, aiming to secure a brighter future for the nation amid ongoing turmoil.
As the crisis deepens in Darfur and Kordofan, the RSF’s support for humanitarian efforts highlights a significant step forward in addressing the urgent needs of vulnerable communities in the conflict-ridden regions.
