The RSF delegation outlined the conflict, which began on April 15, 2023, and Sudan’s history of internal strife.
They stressed the importance of creating a professional and impartial security sector dedicated to safeguarding the nation and its citizens.
The RSF showed interest in DCAF’s expertise in training and development.
They highlighted the extensive damage to the Sudanese security sector over the past thirty years and the need for a thorough rebuilding effort.
