According to local reports, Ethiopian soldiers crossing into Somalia to combat the Al-Shabaab terrorist group were attacked. The incident occurred in the Dinsor region in southern Somalia, where three soldiers lost their lives.
While the attack is believed to have been carried out by Al-Shabaab members, there has been no official statement on the matter yet. Ethiopian troops were reportedly deployed across the Somali border to engage with Al-Shabaab militants.
