WHO raises alarm over mounting death toll in Sudan’s Darfur

The World Health Organization (WHO) has expressed deep concern over the recent attacks in Sudan’s Darfur region, which have resulted in numerous casualties.

The attacks, which primarily targeted civilians, have caused significant suffering and displacement.

The WHO has highlighted the critical need for humanitarian aid and medical supplies to address the urgent healthcare needs of the affected population.

The ongoing conflict in Sudan has had a devastating impact on the country’s healthcare system, leading to shortages of essential medicines and medical personnel.
