The Nigerian Air Force (NAF) neutralized many gang members in an operation against armed gangs in Kaduna state.
NAF Spokesperson Edward Gabkwet stated in a statement that the army organized an air operation against armed gang members in the Tsauni Doka region of Kaduna state.
Gabkwet stated that many gang members were killed in the operation and many wounded gang members escaped.
Nigeria has recently been facing attacks by armed individuals in different parts of the country as well as terrorist organizations Boko Haram and ISWAP.
Last year, 937 people were killed and 1972 people were kidnapped in Kaduna state in attacks organized by armed groups.
