Sudan’s people in desperate need of aid, warns RSF

The Rapid Support Forces (RSF) has called for international help to tackle the severe humanitarian crisis.

The group urged the United Nations, EU, African Union, and other global bodies for urgent aid.

In a statement on Thursday, the RSF highlighted the urgent need for support to address the effects of floods and famine on affected populations.

Sudan is reeling from catastrophic floods and worsening famine, which have displaced thousands and claimed hundreds of lives.

The country’s suffering is intensified by ongoing conflict and economic strife.

The RSF condemned Burhan-controlled SAF and its allies, accusing them of extending the conflict and misusing national resources.

The fighting force urged global leaders to hold these groups accountable for their actions.

As Sudan faces an uncertain future, the RSF says it is dedicated to achieving a peaceful, democratic nation.

The group also appealed to all Sudanese to unite in rebuilding their country.
