A tragic train collision occurred in Zagazig, Egypt, on Saturday, resulting in the deaths of at least three people and injuries to others.
The Egyptian health ministry reported that five of the injured individuals are currently in critical condition.
Emergency services were immediately dispatched to the scene, and rescue efforts are ongoing.
The railway authority stated that one of the trains involved was traveling from Zagazig to Ismailia, while the other was en route from Mansoura to Zagazig.
